The Tiffany & Co. Gift Card is redeemable for Tiffany & Co. merchandise up to the prepaid value of the card. It acts like a gift certificate but looks like a credit card. Available in amounts from $25 to $2,000, the Tiffany & Co. Gift Card allows the purchaser to share with their gift recipient the experience of shopping at Tiffany & Co. Gift cards are packaged in a Tiffany Blue Box® and sent by standard shipping unless you opt for express shipping.

Expiration, loss, damage, or theft of a Tiffany & Co. Gift Card
Tiffany & Co. Gift Cards and Store Credits do not expire. No fees for inactivity or service fees apply. Tiffany & Co. reserves the right to refuse to honor any card in the event of a disputed credit card charge, bounced check or other failure of consideration. The value of any lost, damaged or stolen cards will not be replaced.
Additional Information
There is no tax charged up front on the purchase of a Tiffany & Co. Gift Card. However, tax applies to purchases made with the card, as with regular purchases. No refunds are permitted with respect to cards. The cards have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash (except as required by law) or used to purchase another card. Tiffany & Co. reserves the right to refuse to honor a card where Tiffany & Co. suspects that the card was obtained fraudulently.
Changes to Agreement
Tiffany & Co. reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions, from time to time in its discretion, which changes we may provide to you by any reasonable means, including without limitation by posting
the revised Terms and Conditions on Tiffany.com. Your continued use of a Tiffany & Co. Gift Card constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
Limitation of Warranties
Tiffany & Co. and its affiliates make no warranties, express or implied, with respect to cards including, without limitation, any express or implied warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Certain state laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above disclaimers, exclusions and limitations may not apply to you.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York, excluding its conflict of law rules. You expressly consent and agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue in New York.
